Over the past few months, we have had the pleasure of welcoming several new colleagues to IMK. Janine Baumgartner, Sabine Suter and Melanie Baumann are three dedicated new team members strengthening our Association and Finance departments.
We are delighted to have these new faces on our team and would like to take this opportunity to introduce them a little better.
Janine Baumgartner – Association
Variety, new challenges and interacting with a wide range of people: these are exactly the things Janine Baumgartner appreciates about her work in Association Management.
“I enjoy the new challenges that keep coming my way and the fact that no two days are the same. I really appreciate working with so many different personalities and have great respect for what doctors and nursing staff accomplish every day.”
Janine also particularly values the strong sense of teamwork at IMK. She appreciates being part of an environment where everyone pulls together and supports one another whenever needed.
Sabine Suter – Finance
Sabine Suter is convinced that finance and accounting are anything but dry subjects.
“What fascinates me about finance and accounting is that they are anything but dry – they reflect the entire company and reveal the story behind the numbers.”
For Sabine, it is precisely this combination of analytical thinking, business understanding and seeing the bigger picture that makes her profession so exciting.
Melanie Baumann – Association
Melanie Baumann has also joined our Association team. She brings a structured approach, creativity and a strong willingness to learn. What she particularly enjoys is the personal interaction with a wide range of stakeholders.
“I find it enriching to discover different perspectives, build relationships and work together on exciting projects.”
One particular highlight of her work so far has been designing the website for a major international congress. Melanie was able to accompany and actively shape the entire process, from concept to implementation.
Alongside her practical work, she is studying business psychology. Over the coming years, she would like to deepen her knowledge and increasingly combine what she learns during her studies with her practical experience in Association Management.
