In February 2025, the management of IMK Ltd. went into seclusion to reflect on the company's strategy, to rethink long-term goals and visions, and to analyse and optimize structures and processes in greater depth. After two intensive and productive days, topics for further development emerged, which have finally been fleshed out over the past few weeks. These include the further development of the structure with an expanded management team in which the heads of the supporting pillars of IMK Ltd. are represented on the management committee.

We are extremely pleased to inform you that with immediate effect we will share the management responsibility of IMK Ltd.:
