As President of the Swiss Society of Urology (SSU) from 2015 to 2016, I was responsible for the two Annual Meetings in St. Gallen and Interlaken. The support I received with the planning and implementation of these congresses from the IMK Ltd. team was competent and superb. The cooperation was highly professional, prompt and very friendly in our dealings with each other. Both events were extremely well received by the participants and were also a financial success for the SSU.

The Swiss Society of Urology (SSU)
The Swiss Society of Urology (SSU) was founded in Geneva on 27 October 1944. The society is the professional organisation for doctors who have completed further training, either as required by the state or equivalent training recognised by the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG), and hold the title of ‘Specialist in Urology’. The SSU monitors this further training and examines the doctors through a specialist examination. The SSU then checks that all specialists in urology undertake continuing medical education throughout their professional career. In addition, the SSU issues guidelines on the diagnosis, treatment and aftercare of urological disorders. It also issues recommendations on performing informed consent procedures with patients prior to urological surgery.
