Postponement of the 3rd SFCNS Summer School 2020

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the interdiction of events remains in place. As a result of the associated uncertainty and restrictions, we regret to have to cancel this year's 3rd SFCNS Summer School. The 3rd SFCNS Summer School will now take place on August 20, 2021 in the Inselspital Bern.

COVID-19: Information on the new coronavirus

Infections with the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) are also on the increase in Switzerland. In view of the current situation and the spread of the coronavirus in Switzerland, the Federal Council classifies the situation as a "special situation" under the Epidemics Act. The Federal Council therefore considers the situation to be a threat to public health.

Since mid-February Patricia Kessler supports the congress team at IMK Ltd. After three and a half years of family time she is looking forward to new professional challenges. Patricia Kessler has 15 years of experience in the organisation of national and international events in the medical technology, finance and automotive industries.

Patricia Kessler speaks German, English, French and some Spanish. She has discovered CrossFit as a balance to her everyday work and family life.

Welcome to our team!

Since a few weeks Odette Geldof strengthens the team of IMK Ltd. as Assistant Financial Management. The 22-year-old originally comes from the Netherlands and studied law at the University of Basel. Odette Geldof is currently deepening her legal knowledge in a master's degree at the same university.

Odette Geldof speaks German, Dutch, English and French. In her free time she enjoys spending time with animals and creative activities.

We welcome Odette Geldof to our team and look forward to a successful collaboration.

Harald F. Grossmann celebrates his 15th anniversary at IMK Ltd.

Harald F. Grossmann, managing owner of IMK Institute for medicine and communication Ltd., celebrated his 15th anniversary at IMK Ltd. on 1 January 2020.

Welcome to IMK Ltd.!

Michael Hübner has been working at IMK Ltd. for a few weeks now and replaces Christine Würmlin as graphic designer, who is on maternity leave until the end of July.

After studying design in Dessau (Germany), the Leipzig-born designer gained experience in design agencies in Berlin and Paris in conception and execution. He completed an MA in Visual Communication and Iconic Research at the Basel School of Art and Design and worked there as a research assistant until he became self-employed in 2016.

We welcome Michael Hübner to IMK Ltd. and look forward to an inspiring and productive collaboration.

Welcome to our team!

Lina Johner has recently started her work at IMK Ltd. As Assistant Congress Management she supports our company in the acquisition and support of sponsors and exhibitors.

The 22-year-old from Basel is currently completing a master's degree in law at the University of Basel. Prior to this, she studied medicine for two semesters and completed a training course for paramedics.

Lina Johner speaks German, English and French. In her free time she likes to train in the gym or cook.

We are looking forward to a successful cooperation and welcome Lina Johner to our team.
