Organ transplantation: presumed or explicit consent?

The revised Transplantation Act will be put to the vote in mid-May. In order to support the opinion-forming process, the SAMS is publishing a fact sheet. It provides ethical, medical and legal information on transplantation medicine and on the two models of the presumed or explicit consent.
