The new SSO website is online!

Since a few days the new website of the Swiss Society of Ophthalmology (SSO) is online.

Last year a completely new and timeless layout was designed, large parts of the content were evaluated and revised and everything was rebuilt within only a very short time.

Visit the new news section to learn more about current developments in the SSO and in ophthalmology.

Welcome to IMK Ltd.!

Theresa Liese recently joined IMK Ltd. As Assistant Office Management she supports the offices of various associations in administrative tasks.

The 24-year-old comes from Bad Krozingen south of Freiburg im Breisgau and completed her studies in Applied Health Sciences with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) a few months ago. In addition to her studies, she supervised the participant and data management of a scientific study that was carried out at a German university hospital.

Theresa Liese speaks German, English, Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Mandarin. In her free time she enjoys sports - preferably in the great outdoors.

We are looking forward to a successful cooperation and welcome Theresa Liese to our team.

Core Curriculum: Head and Neck Imaging

On 23 March and 6 April 2019, the Core Curriculum: Head and Neck Imaging will take place for the first time in Bern under the patronage of the Swiss Society of Neuroradiology (SSNR). This course offers the opportunity to intensively deal with the radiological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of complex diseases in the midface and neck area. Both modules consist of lectures and interactive courses.
